Description:

Safety instructions:

- Do not exceed the load capacity.

- The base of the hydraulic jack must be on a firm and completely horizontal surface for use.

- Do not work under the car without any additional support points.

- Do not use the jack in an angular or horizontal position.

Instructions for use:

To lift:

1. Turn the valve on the bottom of the jack clockwise until it is firmly closed.

2. Position the jack under your car in a safe area.

3. Use the lever to raise the jack until it comes into contact with the car. At this point you must ensure that the lifting point is correct.

4. Use the jack again to lift your car to the desired size and transfer the load to the trestles.

To lower:

1. Raise the jack so that the trestles can be removed.

2. Slowly turn the valve on the bottom of the jack anticlockwise by approximately half to one turn. If the piston is still extended, lower it manually so that it is not exposed to air and does not rust.

Maintenance Instructions

Important:

- Oil type: N15(GB443-84) for use from -5ºC to +55ºC / 7#(GB442-64) for use from -20ºC to -5ºC.

- Use only high quality hydraulic oil.

- Use of any oil other than that indicated may cause irreparable damage to the jack mechanism.

To add oil:

- Remove the rubber valve on the central rear and introduce the oil.

To change the oil:

- It is advisable to change the oil at least once a year.

- The oil should be drained completely. To do this, remove the rubber valve and put the jack in a horizontal position so that the oil precipitates. Do not allow harmful particles to enter the hydraulic system.

To lubricate:

- It is recommended that every three months all pivoting areas of the jack be lubricated.

Corrosion prevention:

- Check the lever and the piston approximately every three months for any signs of corrosion and wipe it with an oiled cloth.
