These general conditions are formulated in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Codes, Law 7/1996, of January 15, of Retail Trade Regulation, Law 7/1998, of April 13, General Conditions of Contracting and Law 7/1995, of March 23, of Consumer Credit.
These terms and conditions, together with your Order Confirmation, constitute the Contract between our company and you.
The realization of any order in www.satkit.com implies the knowledge and acceptance of the present General Conditions. In addition, the customer of Satkit.com claims to have a minimum of 18 years and ensures the accuracy of the data offered for the proper management of your order.

Delivery
The delivery time of each item will depend on the availability of the same, the place where you want to send it and the type of delivery you prefer. It can range from 24 to 72h in the peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, depending on the transport company requested by the client.

SatKit allows payments to be made in the following ways:

Product warranty
The guarantee of the products sold by Satkit Electronica S.L. . it is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in the current legislation, in particular, in the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 114 et seq., legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand sanitation when the well acquired is not in accordance with the contract, giving the option to demand repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate. When the repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate, the consumer may demand the price reduction or termination of the contract.

"The seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to it of any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product."
In any case, the serial number of the product to be repaired must match the one contained in the files of Satkit Electronica S.L.
Satkit Electronica S.L. . will not be responsible for any damages that may result from misuse, manipulation or non-professional installation, or malfunction as short circuit. The guarantee will not be valid in case of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as power surges or drops, use of inappropriate accessories or prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturers.
The computation of the guarantee will begin on the same day of delivery, under the aforementioned article 123 of the Royal Legislative Decree.
In case of product repairs, the customer should contact Satkit Electronica S.L.
Without prejudice to the sanitation regime described above, and even in case of full conformity of the property, the client may withdraw from his order and return it within a period of seven working days, in accordance with the provisions of article 71 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2007
The guarantee is addressed only to the owner (contractual party) that appears on the invoice and only the owner may demand it.
Satkit Electronica S.L. . will not be responsible for meeting the requirements of third parties that have not directly acquired the property through Satkit Electronica S.L. . and / or that are not included in the sales invoice.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to withdraw from it. In the event that this is so, you must contact our customer service department to proceed with the processing of the return. In all cases, you must take into account that the transport costs generated by your return are borne by the buyer, if this is due to causes beyond Satkit.com.
When the user returns a product in exercise of its right of withdrawal only products that are shipped with their original packaging, in a new and complete condition (with instructions, etc ...) will be accepted. Items that have been sent incomplete, damaged, manipulated or damaged by the client will not be accepted, and will only be accepted provided that the use made of the property has been in accordance with the nature of the property.
The payment of any refund will be made by the same method used by you to make the payment, except cash on delivery by bank transfer or check by mail, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date it was received and It has been verified that the status of the returned product complies with the return conditions.
Products with special characteristics expressly manufactured by request of the buyer will not allow exchange or return, except those that have manufacturing defects.
All software that is supplied in an OPTICAL SUPPORT (DVD or CD) will not be returned or changed if they present the minimum line.
Taxes
The price of the items displayed on this website does not include the Value Added Tax (VAT), which is added in the purchase process. Purchases made within the Member States of the European Union, will be subject to VAT.
