The 1st and 2ndare hot-air heaters, the 3rd is IR preheating, temperature controlledwithin ±3 °; Top heater can be adjusted freely, second heater canbe adjusted up and down, top and bottom temperature can control manygroups and sections of temperature parameters at the same time; thethird IR heater can be adjusted the power consumption; 4- Offerall kinds of hot-air nozzle, it can rotate 360°；Withmagnet, easy to install and change, customized is available; BottomIR heater ensure an even heat for PCB board; 

5 - Chooseimported high-precision K-type thermocouple, closed loop control andautomatic temperature compensation system, combined PLC module forthe precision control of temperature. 

6. Use aV-groove equipped with a flexible fixture for PCB positioning toprotect the PCB from deformation when heated or cooled, and it canrework for any BGA package size; 

7- powerfulcross-flow fan rapidly cool the PCB board to improve efficiency; Alsobuilt-in vacuum pump and external vacuum suction pen, pick up thechips rapidly；

8.Afterfinishing desoldering & soldering, There is an alarming andalarming in advance；

9- CEcertificate, with emergency stop and Automatic power-off protectiondevice when abnormal accident happens；witha double over-heating protection control；

10- CCDvision system, accurate judgments on the melting process during theBGA soldering and desoldering, provide critical vision.
