The BME280 is an expanded version of the BMP280 and offers, in addition to digital temperature and atmospheric pressure measurement, the possibility of measuring humidity. For communication, the I2C protocol and an SPI interface are available. The connection board also has a voltage regulator, so the module can be operated with 3V - 5V. It is very suitable for your weather station, or project that needs to collect data on temperature, atmospheric pressure or humidity.
