Description:
- The hydraulic cylinder jack is ideal for vertical lifting of cars and is available for different tonnages: 2 tons, 3 tons and 5 tons. It is equipped with a robust mono bloc body and a hydraulic circuit to obtain the mechanical advantage necessary to provide a safe and rapid lifting.
- The hydraulic bottle jack has a light design and a small size that facilitates the portability of the product.
- The hydraulic cylinder jack can be used in temperature ranges between + 55ºC and -20ºC and should not be used in places where they can be in contact with acid or corrosive gases that could damage it.
- The lifting system is very simple.

Security instructions:
- Do not exceed the load capacity.
- The base of the hydraulic jack must be on a firm surface and fully horizontal for its use. - Do not work under the car without any additional support. - Do not use the jack in an angular or horizontal position.
- The contact surface between the car and the upper clamping part of the cat must be total
- Secure the car before proceeding to the lift.
- The pressure is set at the factory, no adjustment by the user is necessary.

Instructions for use:

To elevate:
1. Turn the valve on the bottom of the jack clockwise until it is firmly closed. 2. Position the jack under your car in a safe area.
3. Use the lever to raise the jack until it comes into contact with the car. At this point you must ensure that the elevation point is correct.
4. Use the jack again to raise your car to the desired size and transfer the load to the trestles.

To lower:
1. Raise the jack to remove the stands.
2. Slowly turn the valve on the underside of the jack counterclockwise approximately one-half to one turn. If the piston is still extended, lower it manually so that it is not exposed to the air and thus prevent it from oxidizing.

Maintenance instructions: Important:
- Oil type: N15 (GB443-84) for use from -5ºC to + 55ºC / 7 # (GB442-64) for use from -20ºC to -5ºC.
- Use only high quality hydraulic oil.
- The use of an oil other than that indicated may cause irreparable damage to the jack mechanism.

To add oil:
- Remove the rubber valve that you will find on the back center and insert the oil.

To change the oil:
- It is advisable to change the oil at least once a year.
- It must drain the oil completely. To do this remove the rubber valve, put the jack in horizontal position so that the oil will precipitate. Do not let any harmful particles get inside the hydraulic system.

To lubricate:
- It is recommended that every pivoting area of the jack be lubricated every three months. Corrosion prevention:
- Check the lever and piston approximately every three months for any sign of corrosion and clean it with a cloth with oil.
