Aoyue 883 Quartz Infrared Preheating Station

The 883 is designed with a large infrared heating surface to suit a wide range circuit board sizes. It is large enough to hold the Xbox 360 and PS3 Mother boards.

FUNCTIONS and FEATURES
310x310 mm (12.2x12.2 in) effective pre-heating area. Minimizes warping on larger sized boards.

1500 Watts Ultra-High power heating element. Significantly shortens time to reach desired working temperature.
Closed loop control. Two sensors can be attached to the board for a more accurate temperature feedback.

Triple sensor system enables us to monitor both top and bottom board temperature while adjusting the internal heater temperature.

Multi-Point board holder. Secure fit for various board sizes and shapes. Effectively minimizes BGA balls shorting together due to board warping.

Programmable 6 segment reworking profile. Set and store the desired duration and temperature to ensure high success rate for repetitive reworks.

Pre-Heater is compatible with hot air or Infra-red style top heaters. Compatible with Lead free solder, RoHS compliant, CE and ESD Safe equipment.
