Product warranty

The guarantee of the products sold by Satkit Electronica S.L. . it is provided and established by virtue of the regulations contained in the current legislation, in particular, in the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 114 et seq., legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand sanitation when the well acquired is not in accordance with the contract, giving the option to demand repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate. When the repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate, the consumer may demand the price reduction or termination of the contract.

In case of lack of conformity of the product, a period of two years from the moment of delivery is recognized for the buyer to be able to make his rights effective, however, only in the 6 months following the delivery will be presumed that the lack conformity already existed at the time of delivery, corresponding to the buyer to prove, in the remaining 18 months (that is, from the seventh to the end of the two years) that the good was non-conforming, all in accordance with article 114 and following the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree.

Commercial guarantee: manufacturers can offer additional guarantees, whose length and duration differ according to the products and brands. Said guarantees shall be exclusively chargeable to the manufacturer who binds them.

By virtue of the Royal Legislative Decree, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer a good that is in accordance with the contract of sale under the terms that it establishes (Article 114), by virtue of which:
"The seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to it of any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product."
In any case, the serial number of the product to be repaired must match the one contained in the files of Satkit Electronica S.L.
Satkit Electronica S.L. . will not be responsible for any damages that may result from misuse, manipulation or non-professional installation, or malfunction as short circuit. The guarantee will not be valid in case of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as power surges or drops, use of inappropriate accessories or prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturers.
The computation of the guarantee will begin on the same day of delivery, under the aforementioned article 123 of the Royal Legislative Decree.
In case of product repairs, the customer should contact Satkit Electronica S.L.
Without prejudice to the sanitation regime described above, and even in case of full conformity of the property, the client may withdraw from his order and return it within a period of 14 working days, in accordance with the provisions of article 71 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2007
The guarantee is addressed only to the owner (contractual party) that appears on the invoice and only the owner may demand it.
Satkit Electronica S.L. . will not be responsible for meeting the requirements of third parties that have not directly acquired the property through Satkit Electronica S.L. . and / or that are not included in the sales invoice.
