RETURNS and RMA
All our products are shipped insured and in perfect condition. In case of receiving a claim for damage caused by transport, you must indicate the incident to the email firstname.lastname@example.org within a maximum period of 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the same. After this period, satkit.com will not be responsible for leaving the product out of warranty, replacement or possible change.
We accept returns of products provided they are in perfect condition, are not handled or incorrectly used and have their original packaging. The maximum period to make a return of a product is 14 days from receipt of the same. For the products used by the customer, the following guarantee conditions will apply:
- Offer a 12 month warranty on all our products, except spare parts and modchips that do not have any type of guarantee. (all delicate spare or that can be manipulated by the client as lenses, integrated, laser diodes, etc. DO NOT HAVE WARRANTY)
- The products that sample some symptom of bad use, burned components, etc ... are not covered by the guarantee.
- All software that is supplied in an OPTICAL SUPPORT (DVD or CD) has not been returned or changed.
- The material that was detected damaged was repaired or if it was not replaced by a new one and returned to freight prepaid. If the two previous options are possible, the defective product will be returned.
- The material that passes the tests of our technical service and its results against the description of its fault, will be sent back to the client to the ports with a minimum of 10% in the concept of testing and handling with a minimum of 10 euros per product.
- All returns must be made in favor of postage paid by the customer, in no case will be accepted returns postage due. Returns can be sent by certified mail.
