Sonoff's RE5V1C is a universal smart switch controlled wirelessly via Wi-Fi. It allows you to control a single device and turn, for example, a lamp or a fan into a remotely controlled appliance. It allows you to turn devices on and off remotely and set their operating schedules. If there is no Internet access, it can operate on the local home network. It is controlled through the free eWeLink app, which can be installed on Android and iOS phones. With compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Home assistants, it can be controlled via voice commands. It is also compatible with tasks from the IFTTT service.

Its big advantage is that it is powered by a low voltage of 5 V, and has a dry contact output. When connected, no module supply voltage appears at its output.

The controller operates in two modes. Impulse, in which it can be set to turn off after a fixed time after power-up. Standard, or self-blocking, in which the relay maintains its last transmitted state.

NOTE: To connect the wires, you must solder them to the relay module.
