Description:

- This DB107 bridge rectifier is capable of withstanding voltage peaks of 1000v and a consumption of 1A. This is an electronic circuit used in the conversion of alternating current into direct current. It is also known as a Graetz circuit or bridge. 

- It consists of four diodes that convert a signal with positive and negative parts (alternating current) into a solely positive signal (direct current). 

- A simple diode would allow to keep the positive part, but the bridge allows to take advantage of the negative part as well. 

- This bridge, together with a capacitor and a Zener diode, allows the conversion of alternating current into direct current.
