Description:

- It is a fuel system cleaner that can operate in a NON-Dismantling way. Besides, it can operate cleaning the induction air system.

- NOTE: Suitable for gasoline injector, not for diesel injector

- The injector cleaning kits include many different types of adapters, cover almost all cars and light trucks in EU, Asia and USA.

- Note: Clean fluid is not included.

Fuel system cleaning operation procedure:

- Firstly, check what type of fuel system, carburetor system or electronic fuel injection system the car has.

Check the fuel injection, throttle or EFI model

EFI model:

1.) Locate the fuel return hose, disconnect it and cap it with the proper adapter;

2.) Locate the fuel inlet hose, disconnect it and connect it to the cleaner outlet hose with the appropriate adapter;

3.) Connect the fuel tank outlet and return hose and open the fuel tank cap; if there is no return hose, move the fuel pump fuse so that the pump does not operate;

4.) Load the cleaning fluid into the cleaner tank;

5.) Connect the air power supply to the air port of the cleaner, adjust its pressure 40-50PSI

6.) Check all connection points to make sure there are no leaks;

7.) Start the engine to clean the fuel system.

NOTE:

For the throttle style system, the connection way is the same, just adjust the air source pressure 1-5PSI

The way to identify the inlet and return hose:

1.) In general, the inlet hose is larger, the return hose is smaller;

2.) There is always a filter connected on the inlet hose side and a damper on the return side;

3.) There is an arrow on the hose to show the fuel flow direction.
