The DSO 1060 Handheld Scopemeter is a multifunction Digital Storage Unit, It's not only a scopemeter (High Bandwidth 60MHz Digital Oscilloscope), but also incorporates a 6000 COUNT high precision DMM.
The DSO1060 features a High refresh rate, High Real-time Sample Rate 150MS/s-2GS/s, and a 50GS/s Equivalent-time Sample Rate.
The DSO1060 can perform numerous mathmatical operations on the measured signals including FFT, +, - , *, /, X-Y, as well as 22 kinds of auto measurements. It also features a PASS/FAIL Check to aid in production testing.
Features Multiple Trigger modes such as Edge, Pulse, Alternate, as well as the abilility to trigger on user defined pulse widths.
